I have a three point guarantee in relation to my way of conducting any case. These are my guiding principles and in my view without these being followed by the letter, cases of such severity and complexity simply won’t be dealt with properly:
1. I always make it a point to visit my clients at their home or environment they feel most comfortable be it a friend’s house or coffee shop or whatever. These meetings should be as often as the case dictates but regular enough to ensure that the person involved and their family are always fully informed and kept up to date on all issues and have no surprises that could upset or worry them.
2. I always reply as soon as I can to every e-mail and answer every phone call I receive or return the call if I am at not at my desk whatever the time of day/day of the week or even if I am on holiday. I make sure my clients have my personal mobile number so they can message me by text or call whenever they need to.
3. To always remember that the complexity of these cases and the law is such that it took me many years of studying and passing exams and working on these cases but for the injured and their family this is all new and daunting and as such they need to be treated with respect and patience and such that advice on these cases will need to be repeated and reviewed and discussed and considered many times throughout any case and I pride myself on being patient and ready to explain and discuss any and all issues as often as necessary.
